- If you have the time to call all companies individually would you be getting the best price offered? Some REP’s change pricing structures over time, a company may quote you a low price one time and be much higher than others when it comes time to renew. That is why we review the rates being offered by all our REP’s for our clients renewal agreements.
- If you have an issue with an invoice or questions regarding your service how easy is it to get to the right person to handle it? When partnering with Energy Providers we respond immediately and are able to get you an answer or at least pointed to the right person at the electric company.
- Who is going to contact you prior to your contract expiration to tell you it’s a good time to start looking at rates or renewing?
